[Revised Code of By Laws adopted, and] ordered to be printed with Ann. Reports.

Voted, – that the Code of By Laws as now read and
amended be, and the same are hereby adopted.

Voted, – that said By=Laws be printed with the annual
Reports to the Proprietors.

Trustees. .

An adjourned Meeting of the Trustees was held on
Wednesday, , at half past Three o'clock P.M.

Present Messrs J. T. Bradlee, Brewer, Choate, Lawrence,
Perkins, Snow and Turner

The record of the last meeting was read and approved.

Reports of Com. on Grounds "inexpedient" in regard to erection of houses for employees; purch. of land from heirs of Stone postponed.

A verbal Report was received from the chairman of
the Committee on Grounds to the effect that it was inexpedient
at the present time to take action of the kind suggested
in the Superintendent's Communication dated , recommending the erection of houses for the employees
of the corporation. Also that the further consideration
of Dr. Bigelow's communication dated , respecting
the purchase of fourteen acres of land from the heirs of Stone
be postponed. And it was

Voted, – that the above Report be accepted.

Trustees' Ann. Report accepted & ordered to be printed.

The Annual Report of the Trustees to the Proprietors
was read by the President, and after consideration it was

Voted, – that the Report be accepted and printed.

The President stated to the Board that he had been
waited upon by Mr Charles O. Whitmore on behalf of a Committee
