Proprietors. .

Annual Meeting of the Proprietors
Monday,

A duly notified Meeting of the Proprietors of the Cemetery
of Mount Auburn was held at Horticultural Hall, Boston,
on Monday, , at half past Three o'clock in
the afternoon.

A quorum being present, the Meeting was called to order
by the President, who also read the call for the same.

The record of the last Proprietor's Meeting was read by
the Secretary and approved.

The Annual Report of the Trustees accompanied by the
Reports of the Superintendent and Treasurer, having been dis-
tributed in print among the Proprietors present, and the Report
of the Trustees having been read by the President, on motion of Mr Hatch it was

Annual Reports accepted & ordered to be recorded.

Voted, – that the Annual Reports be accepted and recorded,
and that the reading of the Superintendent's and Treasurer's
Reports be dispensed with.

Testimonial to Dr. Bigelow referred to Trustees with full powers.

The President having requested of the Proprietors authority
to carry out the suggestions contained in the Resolutions which
were adopted by the Board of Trustees , in reference
to procuring a suitable testimonial for presentation to Dr.
Bigelow
, upon his retirement from the office of President
after twenty=six years of service, – on motion of Mr Richards
it was unanimously

Voted, – that the subject of procuring a testimonial for
presentation to Dr. Bigelow be referred by the Proprietors to the
Trustees, with full powers.
