Trustees February 14^t, 1872

February 14^t, 1872.

A monthly Meeting of the Trustees was held on
Wednesday, February 14^t, 1872, at half past Three o'clock P. M.

Present, Messrs. Bigelow, N. J. Bradlee, Choate, Lawrence,
Livermore, Perkins, Pickering, Snow and Turner. In the
absence of the President M^r Livermore was called to the chair.
The record of the last meeting of the Trustees was read and approved.

This being the first meeting of the Trustees since the
Annual Proprietor's Meeting, the business first in order was
the choice of officers for the ensuing year. The Board
accordingly proceeded to ballot therefor with the following
result, as announced by M^r Turner who was designated
by the chairman a Committee to collect, sort and count the
votes.

Election of President

Whole number of ballots cast for President, 9;
All of which were for John T. Bradlee, and he was
accordingly declared elected to the office aforesaid.

Secretary

Whole number of ballots case for Secretary 9;
All of which were for Samuel Batchelder Jr., and he
was accordingly declared elected to the said office.

Treasurer

Whole number of ballots cast for Treasurer, 9;
All of which were for H. B. Mackintosh and he was
accordingly declared elected to that office

& Superintendent

Whole number of ballots cast for Superintendent, 9;
All of which were for Charles W. Folsom, and he was
accordingly declared elected to the aforesaid office.

Action on Salaries deferred.
