Honeysuckle Path, late of Levi H. Marsh, deceased, for the
same sum, it was

Voted, – that the above mentioned contracts be concurred
in on the part of this Board.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest repre-
sentatives were designed for Lots as follows; viz; –

Monday, at half past Three o'clock P.M.

Present, Messrs. Bigelow, J. T. Bradlee, N. J. Bradlee,
Choate, Lawrence, Livermore, Perkins, PIckering, Snow
and Turner.

The record of the last meeting was read and
approved.

Standing Committees appointed

In pursuance of the provisions of the new By=Laws
the President proceeded to appoint the Standing Committees
