Watriss Estate. Board fence on.

(c) Report covering an order, "that the Committee on Grounds be and
they hereby are authorized to cause a close board fence, ten feet
high to be erected on the West and South lines of the Watriss es-
tate
, the expense thereof not to exceed sixteen hundred dollars."

Stone Meadow. Declaratory deed of strip of [?] J. G. Coolidge authorized, &c.[

(d) Recommending that the Treasurer and Secretary be directed
to execute an instrument setting forth a corrected description of
the parcel of land from the "Stone Meadow" conveyed to Joseph G.
Coolidge
on the , recorded with Middlesex Deeds,
Lib. 1173, fols. 450, 451, in accordance with an amended plan thereof
of this date, by Shedd & Sawyer, showing said parcel to contain
fourteen hundred and four square feet, a copy of said plan to be
shown upon the margin of said instrument. Also that the
Treasurer
be directed to refund to Joseph G. Coolidge nine dollars
and thirteen cents, ($9.13), as an overpayment by him for seventy-
three feet of land, being a part of the consideration for the aforesaid
deed.

Bounty pay=roll. Explanation of. Action thereon declared inexpedient

(e) A verbal report in response to the vote of enquiry adopted at
the last meeting regarding the "bounty pay=roll" so called, explaining
that the said "bounty pay=roll" was not in the nature of an extra
compensation for services rendered, but a certain reservation from
the regular and stipulated wages of the laborers, payable to them
at certain intervals: – and that in the opinion of the Committee it
was inexpedient to take any action on the same.

Reports accepted & votes, &c., adopted

Voted, – that the above Reports of the Committee on Grounds be accepted,
and that the votes, – orders and recommendations therein contained
be severally adopted by this Board.
