Voted, – that the above mentioned contract be concurred in
on the part of this Board.

Voted, – that this meeting be dissolved,

A monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on Wednesday,
, at half past three o'clock P. M.

Present Messrs. Bigelow, J. T. Bradlee, N. J. Bradlee,
Brewer, Lawrence, Little, Perkins, Pickering, Snow and Turner.

The record of the last meeting was read and approved.

Permanent Fund, proposed mode of increasing reported "inexpedient"

A Report was received from the Committee on Lots that
it was inexpedient to take any action on the Superintendent's
Communication of , relative to a proposed
mode of increasing the Permanent Fund,

Voted, – that the said Report be accepted.

Testimonial to Dr. J. Bigelow Report in favor of Marble Bust to be placed in Chapel

A Report was received from the Special Committee
appointed at the last meeting with regard to the proposed Tes-
timonial to Dr. Bigelow, in the terms following; viz;

"The Special Committee to whom was referred the subject
of a Testimonial to Dr. Jacob Bigelow beg leave to report: –
that after a careful consideration of the subject, and consultation
with Dr. Bigelow they recommend the passage of the following order

Ordered that the Special Committee on Testimonial be and
they hereby are authorized to procure a Marble Bust of Dr.
