A statement of sales of Lots effected by the Superinten-
dent
and approved by the Committee on Lots, to
, was submitted by the Secretary in compliance
with the By=Laws; and it was

Voted, – that the said statement be accepted and placed on file.

Quarterly Statements of Treasr referred to Com. on Finance.

The Secretary also submitted the Reports of the Treasurer
for the quarter ending ; whereupon it was

Voted, – that the Treasurer's statements be referred to the
Committee on Finance to consider and report.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest represen-
tatives were designeated for Lots as follows; viz;
