interposition of the Trustees in the matter had been applied
for by only one of the parties in interest, and that by a verbal
communication to the Secretary; that the Committee were
of opinion that such an alteration of numbering was prac-
tically impossible; but that if all the parties interested
should be desirous to bring about a correspondence between
the actual ownership of the Lots and the occupation thereof
they had it in their power to do so by proper conveyances
the execution of which would be attended with no greater in-
convenience than the signature of a petition to the Board of
Trustees; and that the Committee ^^were therefore of the opinion
that action by the Board was inexpedient.

Voted, – the above report be accepted.

Quarterly statements of Treasurer, Report of Com. on Finance respecting
A report was received from the Committee on Finance
approving as correct the statements of the Treasurer for the
quarter ending March 31^st, 1872, which were referred to them
at the last meeting of the Board. And it was

Monthly Schedule Bills referred to President

A file of bills, with accompanying schedule, having
been submitted to the Board by the Treasurer, in compliance
with the requirements of the By-Laws, and the schedule
having been read by the President, on motion of M^r Turner it was

Voted, – the said bills be referred to the President for
his approval, and payment by the Treasurer if found correct.

Printing By-Laws Rand Avery & Co's Bill for approved

The bill of Messrs Rand Avery & Co for printing By=Laws ^^&c.,
approved in behalf of the Committee on By=Law revision by
M^r Snow having been submitted to the Board it was
