A Special Meeting of the Trustees was held on
Friday, , at Two o'clock P. M.

Present Messrs. ^J.T. Bradlee, Brewer, Choate, Little, Livermore,
Perkins, Pickering and Turner.

Notice of proposed change in By=Laws as to Guaranty Contract.

The President stated that the meeting had been
called at the instance of the Chairman of the Committee
on Lots, for the purpose of giving notice of a proposed change in
the By=Laws, by substituting the form of guaranty Contract now
in use, as adopted by vote of the Board of Trustees
for the form inadvertently inserted in said By=Laws, copied from
the form in the By=Laws of 1867.

Dr. Brewer, in behalf of the Committee on Interments,
called the attention of the Board to certain doubts which had
arisen ^in the case of removals from Trinity Church relative to the proper fees chargeable under the By=Laws
