Monthly Statement of sales of Lots acc. & placed on file.

A statement of the sales of Lots effected by the
Superintendent, and approved by the Committee on Lots
June 12^t to July 10^t, 1872, having been submitted by the
Secretary in compliance with the By=Laws, it was

Voted, – that said statement be accepted and placed
on file.

Cont. for Perpet. Rep. with G. of Lot N^o 439.

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on
Lots had recommended the Trustees to guaranty the
perpetual repair of Lot numbered 439 on Indian=Ridge
Path, late of Charles B. Shaw, deceased for the sum of
Two hundred and fifty dollars, (additional contract;) –

Voted, – that the above named contract be concurred
in on the part of this Board.

Upon the peittions of the parties in interest, repre-
sentatives were designated for Lots as follows, viz; –
