Trustees,

.

An adjourned monthly meeting of the Trustees was
held on Wednesday, , at Four o'clock, P.M.

Present Messrs. J. T. Bradlee, N. J. Bradlee, Bigelow,
Choate, Lawrence, Little, Pickering, Perkins and Snow.

The record of the last meeting was read and approved.

Chant Lot. Purchase of urged by Mr Turner in letter. & Com. on Grounds authorized to purchase

The President read a letter from Mr Turner, stating
his inability to attend the meeting owing to illness, and urging
the adoption of the vote in reference to the purchase of the Chant
Lot
of land, so called, notice of which was given by him at the
last meeting.

After discussion, on motion of Mr Lawrence, it was ^unanimously

Voted, – that the Committee on Grounds be authorized to
purchase the "Chant" lot of land, adjoining the Cemetery,
between the Watriss Lot, recently purchased, and the Roman
Catholic Cemetery
.

Lot 2517 *Josiah Vose. Com. on Lots report progress. Report Accd, Full powers granted.

A verbal Report was received from Mr Snow, chairman
of the Committee on Lots, in regard to the Lot of the late Josiah
Vose
, No 2517, Lawn Avenue, the consideration of which was
referred to them at the Meeting of the , stating the progress
made by the Committee in the duty assigned them, and requesting
that the subject be recommitted to them with full powers.

Voted, – that the Report of the Committee be accepted, and
the subject recommitted to them with full powers as requested.

Tenure & division of Lots. Report of Com. on accepted

A written Report was also submitted by the ^chairman of the same Com-
mittee in behalf of the Comittee consisting of the Committee
on Lots and Mr Choate in respect to the tenure and the
division of Lots. [For terms of said Report see p. 164, ante.]
