Trustees,

Voted, – that the subject be referred to the Committee
on Grounds,

Chant Lot Terms of purchase offered by owner.

An oral communication was received from the
President
in behalf of the Committee on Grounds with
reference to the terms of purchase offered by the proprietor
of the "Chant Lot," so called.

Division of Lots, Amendment of By=Laws to prevent reported unnecessary, etc.

A written Report was submitted to the Board by
the Special Committee which was instructed at the meeting of
the. to report such an amendment to the By=Laws
as they should deem adequate to prevent the division of Lots
except by Vote of the Trustees; stating "that in the opinion
" of the Committee a proper construction of the By=Laws does
" not now permit a division of a Lot to be made, except by
" vote of the Trustees " * * * " and that the Committee are of
" opinion that no amendment of the By=Laws is necessary,
" but that the Secretary should be instructed not to accept nor
" record any conveyance to the corporation other than conveyances
" in perpetual trust made under the provisions of Article XIV
" of the By=Laws, unless first authorized by vote of the Trustees."

Voted, – that the above Report be accepted, and the
recommendations thereof adopted.

Quarterly Statements of Treasr referred to Com. on Finance.

The Reports of the Treasurer for the quarter ending
, having been submitted by the Secretary, ^it was

Voted, – that the Treasurer's statements be referred to the
Committee on Finance to consider and report.
