Division of Lot 511. (Moore & Danielson) Ref to Com. on Lots

The Committee on Lots further presented the petition
of Messrs. Henry Moore and Gustaf Danielson for the division
of Lot No 511 on Willow Avenue (W. br.), whereupon it was

Voted, – that the same be referred to the Committee on
Lots to consider and report.

Certified copies of deeds destroyed; subject referred to special com.

A request having been received from a proprietor ^Mr Joel Richards that
the corporation would furnish a certified copy, from the records,
of the deed of his Lot, the same having been destroyed
in the fire of , it was

Voted, – that the subject of the supply of certified copies
from the official records, of instruments alleged to be lost or
destroyed be referred to a special Committee, consisting of the
Committee on Lots and Mr Choate

Drinking Fountain. Mrs Hubbell's offer to present declined with thanks &c.

A report was received from the Committee on Grounds
stating that in view of the outlay for laying pipes, setting foundations,
supplying water, etc., which the erection of the proposed Fountain
would occasion, the Committee are not prepared, considering
the financial condition of the corporation to recommend the
acceptance of Mrs Hubbell's proposition at the present time.

Voted, – that the above report be accepted, and the Secretary
instructed to communicate the same to Mrs Hubbell, coupled
with the thanks of the Trustees for her generous proposition,

Quarterly statements of Treasurer approved.

A report was received from the Committee on Finance
approving as correct the statements of the Treasurer for the quarter
ending, referred to them at the last meeting.

Voted, – that the above report be accepted.
