Voted, – that the President be authorized to approve
such bills as he may find correct, and make a report of
his action to the Board at their next meeting.
Jonathan Mann – communication from referred to Special Com.
A communication from Mr Jonathan Mann,
a proprietor, having been read to the Board by the President
it was, after discussion, on motion of Mr Turner,
Voted, – that Mr Mann's communication be referred
to a Special Committee, consisting of the Committee on
Grounds and the Committee on Lots
Monthly Statement of Sales of Lots accepted & placed on file.
A statement of the sales of Lots effected by the Super-
intendent and approved by the Committee on Lots,
to , having been submitted and read by
the Secretary, it was
Voted, – that said statement be accepted and placed on file.
Upon the petition of the parties in interest, repre-
sentatives were designated for Lots as follows; viz; –
