Trustees. .

A monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on
Wednesday, , at Four o'clock P.M.

Present Messrs. J. T. Bradlee, Choate, Lawrence,
Perkins, Pickering, Snow and Turner.

The record of the last meeting was read & approved.

Bills of previous month approved.

The President reported that he had approved as
correct the bills of the previous month, and read a schedule
of the same.

Voted, – that the Report of the President be accepted.

Certified copies of deeds destroyed &c. Report of Committee

A Report was received from the Special Committee
to whom at the last meeting was referred the request of
Mr Richards for the supply of a certified copy of the deed
of his Lot destoyed in the great fire, recommending "that
the Secretary be directed to furnish Mr Richards with a
certified copy of his original deed; and that the same course
be taken with other like applications; also recommending
"that the Secretary be authorized to obtain, at the expense
of the corporation, such clerical assistance as may be ne-
cessary to carry this recommendation into effect."

Voted, – that the above Report be accepted, and the
recommendations thereof adopted.

Dr. Bigelow Marble Bust of in the Chapel. Report of Committee

A Report was received from the Special Committee
which was authorized at the Meeting of ,
"to procure a marble bust of Dr. Bigelow and cause the
same to be placed in the Chapel at Mt Auburn;" stating
that they had attended to the duty assigned them, and that
a bust of Dr. Bigelow ^had been carefully executed by Mr Henry

Of Note re Great Fire: board votes to furnish certified copies of original deeds lost in the Great Fire
and that the Secretary be authorized to hire such clerical assistance as may be necessary to provide such copies.

Also of note re Dr. Bigelow bust: announced that he had been completed by sculptor Henry Dexter
