Voted, – that this meeting be dissolved.

A monthly meeting of the Trustees was held
on Wednesday, , at Four o'clock, P.M.

Present Messrs. J. T. Bradlee, Choate, Lawrence,
Little, Livermore, Perkins, Pickering, Snow and Turner.

The record of the last meeting was read and
approved.

Birds and Waterfowl: Report from Dr. Brewer.

Mr Little presented a Report from Dr. Brewer
in reference to the Birds and Waterfowl of the corporation
The same having been read to the Board, it was

Voted, – that said Report be accepted.

Monthly Schedule of Bills referred to President.

A file of bills with accompanying schedule
having been submitted to the Board by the Treasurer in
compliance with the requirements of the By=Laws, and
the schedule having been read by the President, it was

Voted, – that said bills be referred to the President
for his approval, and payment by the Treasurer if
found correct.

Jacob Bigelow M.D. Resignation of the Office of Trustee by, withdrawn.

A Report was received from the President stating
that in compliance with the vote adopted at the last meeting
he had obtained the signature of the Trustees to a letter addressed
to Dr. Bigelow soliciting the recall of his resignation, which he
had personally presented to Dr. Bigelow, and had finally
