An adjourned monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held on Wednesday,, at Four P.M.

Present Messrs J. T. Bradlee, N. J. Bradlee, Brewer,
Choate, Lawrence, Little, Livermore, Perkins, Snow & Turner.
[Also present after the adjournment of the Board, having been
unavoidably detained, – Mr Pickering.]

The record of the last meeting was read and approved.

Com. on Finance. Rept laid on the table. also Rept of Treasurer, except certain portion referred to Com. on Lots to consider & report.

The Report of the Committee on Finance, and
the Annual Report of the Treasurer having been submitted
to the Board, it was

Voted, – that said Reports be laid on the table, with
the exception of that part of the Treasurer's Report which
has reference to the amount due and uncollected for labor
and materials expended upon private lots.

Voted, – that this portion of the Treasurer's Report be referred
to the Committee on Lots to consider and report.

Labor & materials on private lots. Com. on Finance to cons. practicability of greater promptness in ren'g ^bills of

Voted, – that the Committee on Finance be instructed to
consider and report upon the practicability of adopting
some system which may secure greater promptitude in
rendering accounts of charges for labor and materials against
proprietors by the Superintendent to the Treasurer.

Steam=safe attachment reported "inexpedient"

A Report was received from the Committee appointed
to consider the expediency of introducing a
steam=safe attachment on the safe at the office of the
corporation, stating that, in the opinion of the Committee
such measure was inexpedient.

Voted, – that the Report be accepted and the Committee
