his approval, and payment by the Treasurer if found correct.

Voted, – that when this Board adjourns it adjourns

An adjourned monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held on Tuesday, Jan'y. 28^t, 1873, at Four P.M.

Present Messrs J. T. Bradlee, N. J. Bradlee, Brewer,
Choate, Perkins, Pickering, Snow and Turner.

The record of the last meeting was read and approved.

Supt.'s estimates of Bills due, &c., &c. Report of Com. on Lots concerning

An extended and detailed Report was made orally
by the Chairman of the Committee on Lots upon that portion
of the Treasurer's Report containing the estimates of the Super-
intendent of sums due and uncollected for labor and materials,
referred to the Committee at the last meeting.

Treasurer's Report (amended) accepted

After a full consideration of the same, and conference
with the Superintendent, present by invitation, it was

Voted, – that the Report of the Committee on Lots, re-
commending the approval of the Superintendent's revised
estimates in the aforesaid particulars, and the incorporation
of said estimates with the Treasurer's Annual Report, be
accepted.

Voted, – that the Treasurer's Annual Report, so amended,
be accepted and printed.
