Trustees.

Superintendent, Communication from declining to be considered a Candidate for re=election.

from Col. Folsom, dated the , addressed to the
Board of Trustees, declining to be considered a can-
didate for re election for the coming term. On
motion of Mr Turner it was

Voted, – that the communication of the Superin-
tendent
be placed on file

On motion by Mr Perkins it was

Voted, – that a Committee of three be appointed by the
chair to consider and report a suitable candidate or
candidates for the office of Superintendent, with such
other suggestions as they may deem desirable.

Com. appointed to select candidates for the office of Superintendent.

The chair appointed Messrs. Perkins, Choate
and Snow to constitute this Committee. Mr Perkins
having requested to be excused from serving on the Com-
mittee Mr Little was appointed in his stead. On
motion of Mr Turner, it was

Voted, – that the President be added to this Committee.

Salaries of Treasurer & Secretary fixed for 1873.

On motion of Mr Turner is was

Voted, – that the salary of the Treasurer be fixed at
Two thousand dollars ($2000.–) for the year ensuing.

Voted, – that the salary of the Secretary be fixed at
Fifteen hundred dollars ($1500.–) for the year ensuing.

At the stage in the proceedings of the meeting
the record of the last meeting of the Board having been
read by the Secretary by the direction of the President, and
no objection having been made thereto said record was
declared approved
