Standing Committees for 1873 appointed. [Same as in 1872.]

In pursuance of the provisions of the By-Laws
the President proceeded to the appointment of the
Standing Committees for the Ensuing year, and designated
the same individuals to serve upon the several standing
Committees as were appointed last year, there having
been no change in the membership of the Board.

Birds. Spec. Committee on.

The President also appointed as a
Special Committee on Birds, – Messrs. Brewer^2 and Choate^1.

Monthly Schedule of Bills referred to President.

A file of bills with accompanying schedule having
been submitted to the Board by the Treasurer, in compliance
with the requirements of the By-Laws, and the schedule
having been read by the President, it was

Voted, – that said bills be referred to the President for
his approval, and payment by the Treasurer if found
correct

Cambridge Tax bill approved.

On motion by Mr Turner it was

Voted, – that the ^bill for taxes assessed upon the property of this
corporation for the year 1872 by the city of Cambridge be
approved and paid
