A Special meeting of the Trustees was held on
Friday, , at Four o'clock P.M.

Present Messrs J. T. Bradlee, Choate, Lawrence,
Perkins, Pickering Snow and Turner.

The record of the last meeting was read and
approved.

Bridge at Auburn Lake. Iron Bridge to be Erected at a cost not Exceeding $3500. –

A Report was received from the Committee on
Grounds to whom was referred at the last meeting the
communication of the Superintendent respecting the
condition of the Bridge at Auburn lake, stating that
the Committee had ascertained that a suitable bridge
of iron could probably be constructed at the point
named at a cost not exceeding three hundred^and fifty dollars,
($3500.–) and asking that the Committee be authorized
to procure and erect a bridge as aforesaid.

Voted, – that the Report of the Committee be accepted,
and their request granted.

Map of Cemetery revised & corrected; issue authorized at a cost not Exceeding $500.–

Reports were received from the Committee on
Lots as follows, viz: –

(a.) Respecting the issue of a revised and corrected Map or
Plan of the Cemetery referred to the Committee ,
they report recommending that the preparation and
issue of a Map as aforesaid be authorized, under the
direction of the Committee at a cost not exceeding
five hundred dollars, ($500.–)

Greenhouse Extn Action deferred.

(b.) Respecting the proposed extension of the greenhouses of
the corporation, referred , they are of the
