Discrepant Lots ref. to Com. on Lots

Voted, – that the papers relating to "Discrepant Lots" which
were placed on file by vote of the Board at the last meeting
be taken from the file and referred to the Committee on Lots.

Monthly schedule of Bills referred to President.

A file of bills with accompanying schedule having
been submitted to the Board by the Treasurer, in compliance
with the By=Laws, and the schedule having been read by
the Secretary, it was

Voted, – that said bills be referred to the President for
his approval, and payment by the Treasurer, if found correct.

The following communications were read and dis-
posed of as follows, viz: –

Communcations from Revd S. L. Holman,

(a) Communication from Revd S. L. Holman of Woonsocket,
R.I.
, dated , regarding an alleged infringement
of burial nights purchased by his father Revd J. W. Holman
in St John's Public Lot.

Mr Chas. Bradlee,

(b) Communication from Mr Charles Bradley dated
, respecting the solicitations of Messrs. Redway
and Hatch
addressed to visitors at the Cemetery to purchase
a wash for cleansing marble

Supt. & others, respecting Lots reported sold wh. are not paid; & Letter of J. F. Dodge, referred to Com. on Lots.

(c) Communication from the late Superintendent
dated , in reply to enquiries of the Secretary,
together with a report of the Secretary with reference to
certain Lots reported sold which have not been paid for.
Also a communication from the late Superintendent with
regard to one of the aforesaid Lots (No 4010) reported sold
to Mr Joseph F. Dodge

Voted, – that the papers aforesaid be referred to the
Committee on Lots: the case of Revd Mr Holman with full powers.
