A. J. Coolidge's Comn ref. to Spec. Com.

(d) A communication from Mr Austin J. Coolidge
dated , respecting the removal from certain
Lots of a notification stating that the Lots were "for sale."

Voted, – that said communication be referred to a
special committee consisting of the Committee on Lots &
Mr Choate.

Dr. Bigelow Comn from ordd to be placed on file.

(e) A communication from Dr. Bigelow dated ,
respecting the laying out of the Stone Farm; also recom-
mending that the Trustees authorize the establishment of
a carriage stand for the convenience of visitors to the
Cemetery.

Voted, – that the aforesaid communication be placed on file.

Geo. B. Chase, rep. Com. from resp. p.c. of Lot 2730

(f) A communication from Mr George B. Chase, com-
plaining of the neglect of Lot No 2730, Spruce Avenue,
placed under the perpetual care of the corporation , concurred in by the Trustees ,
and reported to the Superintendent, .

It having been made to appear that, through some
inadvertence, this Lot had not been placed upon the
list of perpetual repair Lots at the Cemetery, but that
the omission had been since supplied, no action
was had by the Board on the said communication.

Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lots Nos 719, 720, 3528 & 4227

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on Lots
had recommended the Trustees to guaranty the perpetual
repair of Lots Nos 719 and 720 on Snowdrop Path for the
sums of (719) $800.– and (720) $650.00; of Lot No 3528 on
Acanthus Path for the sum of $850.– and of Lot No 4227
on Dell Path for the sum of $250.– – it was
