Trustees.

A monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on
Wednesday, , at Four o'clock P.M.

Present, Messrs. J. T. Bradlee, Brewer, Choate, Lawrence,
Perkins, Pickering and Snow.

The record of the last meeting was read and approved.

A. J. Coolidge's Communication Report of Spec. Com. thereon

A written Report was received from the Special
Committee consisting of the Committee on Lots and Mr
Choate
to whom was referred at the last meeting the
communication of Mr A. J. Coolidge respecting the removal
from certain Lots of signs stating that said Lots were "for
sale." Appended to the Report were certain votes the
passage of which was recommended by the Committee.

Accepted. Action on re=commended votes deferred.

Voted, – that the Report be accepted and the Committee
discharged.

Voted, – that the consideration of the votes recommended
by the Committee be deferred to the next meeting of
the Board.

'Discrepant Lots' Report of Com. on Lots

A written Report was received form the Committee
on Lots upon the subject of "discrepant Lots," referred to
them at the last meeting, stating "that the circumstances
of different cases are so entirely unlike that so special
action, applicable to them all can safely be taken," and
recommending "that the communication be placed on
file for such use hereafter as may be found desirable or
convenient."

Voted, – that the Report be accepted.
