Finance approving as correct the Statements of the Treasurer
for the quarter Ending , referred to them at
the last meeting.

Monthly statement of Bills referred to President; – excepting

A file of Bills with accompanying schedule having
been submitted to the Board by ^the Treasurer, through the President, and the same
having been read by the Secretary, it was

Voted, – that the said bills, with the exception of the bill
of the Town of Watertown for taxes for 1873, be referred to
the President for his approval and payment by the
Treasurer
if found correct.

Watertown taxes for 1873 referred to Spec. Com.

Voted, – that the aforesaid tax=bill of the Town of
Watertown
be referred to the special Committee consisting
of the President and Mr Choate to whom the subject
of Watertown taxes was referred at the meeting of .

A. J. Coolidge's communication Consideration of Votes recommended by Spec. Com.

The Board being about to proceed to the consideration
of the votes recommended at the last meeting by the Special
Committee on Mr Coolidge's communication, the
Chairman of that Committee requested, for reasons stated,
that the consideration of the same might be postponed, –
and it was accordingly

Voted, – that the consideration of the votes recommended
by the Committee on Mr Coolidge's communication
be deferred to the next meeting of the Board.

*J.H. Cheney Lot 829 action on repn of deferred.

The subject of the representation of Lot 829, belonging
to the heirs of Jonathan H. Cheney, deceased having been
taken from the table and considered, on motion of Mr
