Trustees.

A monthly meeting of the Trustees was duly
notified for Wednesday, , at Four o'clock P.M.

At the hour above named Messrs. ^N. J. Bradlee, Brewer,
Choate, Perkins, Snow and Turner were present, but for
lack of a quorum the meeting was

Adjourned, sine die.

A special meeting of the Trustees was held on
Tuesday, , at Four o'clock, P.M.

Present, Messrs. J. T. Bradlee, Brewer, Choate,
Lawrence, Perkins, Pickering, Snow and Turner

The record of the last two meetings was read and
approved.

Geo. Gardner Comn from alleging neglect of p. c. Lots; referred to Com. on Lots.

The President submitted and read a communication
addressed to the Trustees under date of the by Mr George
Gardner
alleging a lack of proper attention to certain Lots
under the perpetual care of the Corporation. And it was

Voted, – that Mr Gardner's communication be referred
to the Committee on Lots.

A. J. Breed req. permission to keep carriage at cemetery; referred to Com. on Grounds.

The President also read a communication from the
Superintendent
dated , stating that Mr
A. J. Breed
had requested permission to keep a horse and
carriage at the Cemetery for the accommodation of visitors

Voted, – that the communication of the Superintendent
be referred to the Committee on Grounds.
