Greenhouse Extension Plan for not yet matured by Com. on Lots. Notice of intention to ask for appn^Exceeding $1000 for at next meeting.

careful attention to the subject of the extension of the
corporation greenhouses, referred to them on the last, and though still unprepared to advise the
adoption of definite measures in this connection, were
yet desirous of giving notice of their intention to ask at
the next meeting of the Board for an "appropriation
exceeding the sum of one thousand dollars," to be used
for the purpose of such extension whenever plans therefor
shall have been decided upon.

Rubbish left by parties doing work on Lots Proposal to amend Art. XII of By-Laws to meet expense occasioned thus to corpn

The chairman of the same Committee further
stated that the Committee having had under consideration
the subject of the expense to which the corporation is
subjected for the removal of rubbish left by persons
unconnected with the corporation in performing work on
private Lots, were desirous of submitting at this time,
for action at the next meeting of the Board, the
following amendment of the By-Laws, viz: in
Article XII, "Care and condition of Lots," tenth line
from the top, insert after the word "Secretary," the
words following, viz: –

– " nor until having paid a sum to be fixed
" annually by the Committee on Lots for work incident
" thereto necessarily performed by the corporation."

Monthly statement of Bills referred to Prest

A file of bills with accompanying schedule having
been submitted to the Board by the Treasurer and the
same having been read by the Secretary, it was

Voted, – that said bills be referred to the President for
his approval, and payment by the Treasurer if found correct.
