Voted, – that the recommendation of the Committee on
Grounds be adopted.

Stone Farm. Report of Com. on Grounds resp'g laying out on ''the Landscape Lawn'' principle.

The Committee on Grounds submitted a plan for
laying out the Stone Farm, and recommended that the
same be adopted by the Board. They also recommended
that a portion of said land, as shown upon the plan,
lying between Albatross Avenue and land of J. Stone be
set apart for sales under "the Landscape Lawn" system,
under such rules and restrictions as may be hereafter
adopted by the Board, and that the section lying between
Albatross and Eagle Avenues be with^held from sale
until otherwise ordered, so that "the Landscape Lawn"
principle may be extended over said section if it shall
hereafter seem advisable. On motion of Mr Perkins, it was

George Gardner; Report of Com. on Lots resp'g his Com. to the Board.

The chairman of the Committee on Lots to whom
at the last meeting was referred Mr George Gardner's com-
munication of alleging a lack of proper
attention to certain Lots under the perpetual care of the
Corporation, reported that the Committee had personally
examined the Lots referred to, and failed to observe the
difference between them claimed by him: such suggestions
had however been made for their care another season as would
