Voted, – that the Committee on Finance report at the
next meeting upon the financial condition of the corporation.

On motion of M^r Turner, it was

Voted, – that this meeting be adjourned to Monday
October 20^t, at Four o'clock P.M.

October 20^t, 1873.

An adjourned Monthly Meeting of the Trustees
was held on Monday, October 20^t at Four o'clock, P.M.

Present, Messrs. N. J. Bradlee, Choate, Lawrence,
Little, Livermore, Perkins, Pickering, Snow and Turner.

In the absence of the President the meeting
was called to order by the Secretary, and on motion of
M^r Turner, M^r Livermore was elected chairman.

Record of last meeting approved and confirmed by Ayes & Noes.

The record of the last meeting having been read,
the chairman ruled that the non-administration of
the usual oath to the Secretary pro tem, constituted an
irregularity requiring confirmation of said record by
voted of the Board: M^r Turner requested that said vote
be taken by ayes and noes, inasmuch as one of the votes
adopted at the said meeting had been so taken.

The roll having been called by the Secretary, and
every member having voted in the affirmative, the said
record was declared approved and confirmed.
