Trustees.

Said Report laid on the table.

The report having been read by the Secretary,
and considered by the Board, – on motion of Mr Turner, it was

Voted, – that the report be laid upon the table, for
consideration at the next meeting

By-Laws: prop. amendment in by chairman of Com. on Lots deferred.

The chairman of the Committee on Lots stated
that he was not prepared to present for the consideration
if the Board at this meeting the proposed amendment
to the By-Laws covering a change in the form for conveyance
of Lots near Halcyon Lake, and asked that farther
time might be allowed for the preparation of the contemplated
amendment, in view of the fact that it would require
to be framed in such way as to meet questions connected
with the laying-out of the Stone - farm district.

Voted, – that the request of the chairman of the Committee
of Lots be granted

Foundations & brick graves to be hereafter constructed by Corporation only. See memn on Bonds.

On motion of the same gentleman, it was

Voted, – that from and after the first of , foundations and brick graves shall be constructed
by the corporation only: and any existing General Permits
inconsistent herewith shall be so modified or cancelled.

Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lot No 4220

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on
Lots had recommended the Trustees to guaranty the perpetual
repair of Lot No 4220, Garden Avenue, for the sum of Six
hundred dollars, it was

Monthly statement of Sales of Lots accepted & placed on file

Voted, – that the aforesaid contract be concurred in on
the part of this Board

A statement of the sales of Lots effected by the
Superintendent
