Trustees.

An adjourned monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held on Wednesday , at half past
Three o'clock P.M.

Present, Messrs. J. T. Bradlee, N. J. Bradlee, Brewer,
Choate, Lawrence, Perkins, Pickering, Snow and Turner.

The record of the last meeting was read and
approved.

Indian-Ridge Fountain Av. grading & sodding authorized

On suggestion of the President, it was, on motion of^Mr Turner

Voted, – that the Committee on Grounds be, and they
hereby are authorized to cause that portion of the bank
of Indian-Ridge on Fountain Avenue, commencing
at or near Linnaea Path, and Extending say 120
feet, to be graded and sodded in accordance with
plan prepared by the Superintendent, – at an expense
not exceeding five hundred and fifty dollars, ($550.–)

Stone farm territory to be laid out in accordance with Supt.'s Plan of.

The subject of the laying-out and improvement
of the Stone Farm territory having been discussed, in
connection with the plan delineated by the Superintendent
dated , – on motion of Mr N. J. Bradlee, it was

Voted, – that the laying-out of the Stone-farm territory,
as shown upon a Plan prepared by the Superintendent,
dated , be and the same is hereby approved
and adopted by the Trustees.

''Landscape-lawn'' system, – [Debate in regard to.]

After a full consideration of the subject of
making sales of Lots in this portion of the Cemetery subject
to such reservations as will carry out "the landscape-lawn
system," so called, it was moved by Mr N. J. Bradlee, –
