A monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on
Wednesday, , at Four o'clock P.M.

Present, Messrs. Brewer, Lawrence, Little, Pickering,
Perkins, Snow and Turner.

In the absence of the President the meeting was
called to order by the Secretary, and Mr Turner was
chosen chairman.

The record of the last meeting was read and
approved.

Stone Farm Reservations. Time Extended for Report on the forms requisite for deeds, &c.

Mr Snow, in behalf of the Special Committee
appointed at the last meeting to consider and report
what forms of deeds, etc., may be requisite for carrying
into effect the reservations made upon the Stone Farm
territory, stated that the Committee had in readiness a
written report upon the subject, the presentation of
which he requested might be deferred to the next
meeting, owing to the absence of two members of the
Committee. And it was

Voted, – that this request be acceded to.

Goodwin I. & S.C. Comn from re-submitted to Com. on Lots with full powers.

The same gentleman, in behalf of the Committee
on Lots, to whom at the last meeting was referred the
communication from the Messrs Goodwin, respecting
certain repairs upon the curbing and steps of Lots Nos
3777
and 3778, stated that having considered the subject
referred, they were desirious, for reasons stated, that it might
be recommitted to the Committee with full powers.

Voted, – that the subject be so referred.
