An adjourned monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held on Wednesday, , at half past
Three o'clock, P.M.

Present, Messrs. J. T. Bradlee, Brewer, Choate,
Lawrence, Perkins, Pickering, Snow and Turner.

The record of the last meeting was read and approved.

Stone Farm Reservations – Report of Com. on changes in forms required.

A written report was received from the chairman
of the Special Committee having in charge the subject of
certain changes in the By-Laws, deeds, etc., rendered
necessary or expedient in consequence of the reservations
made upon the Stone Farm territory. Said report having
been read and considered, and the question having, in
the course of discussion, been incidentally mooted
whether the ordinary forms of conveyance employed by
the corporation granted the fee of the land or simply
a perpetual night of burial, – on motion of Mr Turner it was

Subject recommitted, with instructions, &c.

Voted, – that the report be recommitted to the com-
mittee with instructions to consider and report upon
the general subject of the modes of conveyance em-
ployed by the corporation viewed in connection with the
the terms of the several Acts of the Legislature incorporating
the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mt Auburn.

Sherburne Lots. re-conveyance, &c. authorized See p. 228.

Pursuant to a statement of facts made by Mr Snow,
and upon a motion offered by him, it was

Voted, – that the Secretary be authorized to receive from
Mr Warren Sherburne^formerly of Charlestown a re-conveyance of Lots
Nos 3021 and 3022, Oak Avenue, for the purpose of issuing
