A monthly meeting of the Trustees was held
on Wednesday, at Four o'clock P.M.

Present, Messrs. J.T. Bradlee, Brewer, Choate,
Little, Perkins, Pickering and Turner.

The record of the last meeting was read and
approved

Gravel for use at Cem'y. Comn of late Supt. resp'g. Action rep. inexpedient

A report was received from the Committee on
Grounds in reference to the communication of the late
Superintendent
dated respecting a supply
of gravel for use at the Cemetery which was referred
to them , stating that, in the opinion of
the Committee no action thereon was requisite.

Voted, – that the above report be accepted.

Stone Farm Reservations leave granted to defer report on.

Mr Choate, in behalf of the special Committee
on the Stone Farm reservations, having stated that the
Committee, for reasons given, desired to defer the pre-
sentation of their report, it was
