The Annual Report of the Superintendent
having also been submitted by the President, and
read by the Secretary, it was

accepted and printed.

Monthly Schedule of Bills referred to President.

The usual file of monthly bills with accompanying
schedule having been submitted by the Treasurer, and
the schedule read by the Secretary, it was

Voted, – that said bills be referred to the President
for his approval, and payment by the Treasurer
if found correct.

Monthly Statement of sales of Lots acc. & placed on file

A Statement of the sales of Lots effected by
the Superintendent from December 10, 1873 to January 14^t,
1874, having been submitted and read by the Sec'y., it was

Voted, – that said statement be accepted and
placed on file

The Secretary also submitted a special petition
for the representation of Lot 1164 signed by M^rs Nancy
C. Carter, widow of Luke Carter.
