An adjourned monthly meeting of the
Trustees was held on Thursday, January 22^d, 1874,
at Four o'clock, P.M.

Present Messrs. J. T. Bradlee, N. J. Bradlee,
Brewer, Choate, Little, Perkins, Pickering Snow and
Turner.

The record of the last meeting was read and
approved

Ann. Report of Treasurer approved & ordered to be printed.

A report having been received from the Com-
mittee on Finance, approving as correct the Treasurer's
Annual Report which was referred to them at the
last meeting, it was

Voted, – that the Treasurer's Annual Report
be accepted and printed.

Ann. Report of Trustees adopted & ordered to be printed.

The Annual Report of the Trustees to the
Proprietors as prepared by the President having
been read by him, it was

Voted, – that the said Report be accepted and
printed.

Stone Farm Reservations Spec. Committee on.

The Special Committee upon the Stone Farm
reservations to whom at the meeting of December 24^t,
1873, was recommitted the report made by them
at that meeting, [see p. 263] with instructions to con-
sider and report upon the general subject of the modes
of conveyance employed by the corporation viewed in
connection with the terms of the several Acts of the
Legislature incorporating the Proprietors of the
