Report of Majority.

Cemetery of Mount Auburn, submitted a written
report, recommending no change in the form of deed
now used, except to insert at the end of the first
clause of the tenth provision, after the word "thereto,"
the following words; – "and to all by-laws, rules and
regulations made and to be made by said corporation
in pursuance of authority granted to it by any Act
or Acts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts."
Said report was signed by three members of the
Committee, Messrs. Perkins, Choate and N. J. Bradlee.

Report of Minority

Annexed thereto was a minority report of Mr Snow,
the other member of the Committee, "concurring in
the report so far as it recommends an amendment
to the form for deed, but dissenting from the conclu-
sion that no further amendments are necessary."

Majority Report accepted

The question having been taken upon the report
submitted by the majority of the Committee upon the
re-commitment, it was unanimously

Voted, – that the report be accepted, and the
recommendations thereof adopted. [See pp. 274, 275.]

The question being then taken upon the original
report, as amended, it was

Voted, – that said report, as amended, be accepted.

Both the above votes were taken by ayes and noes.
