for reelection as President upon the re-organization
of the Board after the Annual Meeting of the
Proprietors.

Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lots Nos 246 & 3102.

The Secretary having stated that the Committee
on Lots has recommended the Trustees to guarantee
the perpetual repair of Lot No 246 on Lily Path late
of Otis Daniel deceased for the sum of seven hundred
dollars; also of Lot No 3102 on Buckthorn Path,
late of Charles S. Darrow, deceased, for the sum of
six hundred and seventy-five dollars; – it was

Voted, – that the aforesaid contracts be concurred
in, on the part of this Board

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest
representatives were designated for Lots as follows, viz;

246
Sarah F. Daniell, of Boston, daughter of Otis Daniell,
deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Two hundred & forty-six.

1984
Francis J. Quigley of Cambridge, son of Charles Quigley,
deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Nineteen hundred & eighty-four.

No other business being presented, it was

Voted, – that this meeting be dissolved.
