Trustees' power [to] make By-Laws revoked.

On motion of M^r John R. Poor, it was

Resolved, – that the vote of the Proprietors of the
Cemetery of Mount Auburn, adopted on the tenth of
July, 1835; giving the Trustees of this corporation power
to make By-Laws, to be in force until otherwise ordered
by the corporation is hereby repealed, and such authority
revoked.
