Proprietors. .

by adding thereto the words following, viz; –

–"and that no By-Law be amended or passed at any
meeting of the corporation without such previous notice
thereof."

The question being first taken on the amendment,
it was adopted. And the vote as amended was then
adopted as follows: –

By-Laws proposed, to be submitted to Proprietors for approval. Notice to be included in call for meeting.

Voted, – that the Trustees of the Proprietors of the
Cemetery of Mount Auburn shall have power to make
By-laws for the regulation of the affairs of this corporation,
subject to the approval of the Proprietors at an annual
or special meeting, with the notice for which a copy
of said proposed By-Laws, or any proposed amendment
of existing By-Laws, shall be sent to each proprietor.

And that no By-Law be amended or passed at
any meeting of the corporation without such previous
notice thereof.

No other business being presented, it was

Voted, – that this meeting be dissolved.
