Trustees. Feb'y 11, 1874.

February 11^t, 1874.

A monthly meeting of the Trustees was held
on Wednesday, February 11^t, 1874 at Four o'clock P.M.

Present, Messrs. J. T. Bradlee, N. J. Bradlee,
Browne, Choate, Lawrence, Little, Perkins, Pickering,
Snow and Spelman.

Election of Officers: –

The meeting having been called to order by M^r
J. T. Bradlee, and the names of the Trustees elected at the
annual meeting of the corporation on the 2^d inst. announced
by him, and the statement made that the business
first in order would be the election of officers for the
ensuing year; – on motion of M^r Perkins, it was

Voted, – that the Board proceed to ballot for a President.

M^r Perkins having been designated a Committee
to collect and count the votes announced the result
as follows, viz; –

And M^r John T. Bradlee was accordingly declared
elected to the office aforesaid.

Previous to the ballot being taken, M^r Bradlee had
stated to the Board, in accordance with notice given by him
at a meeting of the Trustees held January 22^d, that the pressure
of other duties rendered it imperative for him to decline to
be a candidate for re-election as President, and on the
announcement of the result of the ballot, he expressed
his appreciation of the compliment indicated by the
