[ Mass. Hort. Soc. Com. on relations of this corpn to] re-appointed & powers continued

"to consider and report what measures, if any, should be
taken to re-adjust or terminate the relations of this
corporation to the Massachusetts Horticultural Society,"
and who were authorized "to obtain
the opinion of counsel on the subject," be reappointed
and its powers continued.

Unfinished business of last year re-referred to the several committees

Voted, – that such portions of the business referred, during
the past year, to Committees of this Board as may not, to
this date have been fully considered and determined on
by them, be hereby referred anew to the several committees
having cognizance thereof.

Statement of Lots sold not pd. for refd to Com. on Finance.

On motion of Mr Snow, it was

Voted, – that the Statement of Lots reported as sold
which had not been paid for , be referred
to the Committee on Finance.

Drainage into Cem. from neighboring buildings refd to Com. on Grounds.

Voted, – that the Superintendent's communication of

Cemetery precincts from certain buildings now being
Erected in a street running from Mt Auburn St, West
