Halcyon Avenues, belonging to Moses A. Dow, for the
sum of eleven hundred dollars; of Lot N^o 1780 on
Pilgrim Path belonging to J. Huntington Wolcott for
the sum of eight hundred dollars; and of Lot N^o 1781
on Pilgrim Path, lately owned by Samuel Frothingham
deceased, for the sum of six hundred dollars, – it was

Voted, – that the aforesaid contracts be concurred in
on the part of this Board.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest
