Lots under p.c. by corpn with G. ins. of structures thereon, referred to next meet'g.

The subject of the guaranty contracts for the perpetual
care of Lots, with especial reference to the insurance of the
structures thereon, having been brought up for consideration
it was, after discussion,

Voted, – that the further consideration of this
subject be postponed to the next meeting of the Board.

On motion of Mr Snow, it was

Voted, – that when this meeting adjourns it adjourn
to meet at three P.M. .

Sign-Board at Entrance of Cem'y. Prest authorized to remove. Also to purchase vehicle for Supt.

Voted, – that the President be authorized to cause the
removal of the sign-board standing in the Cemetery,
near the gate-way, on which are painted the 'Regulations
for visitors,' &c. Also that he be authorized to purchase
for the use of the Superintendent a new vehicle to re-
place one new used by him which is considered unfit
for use and unsafe.

Monthly statement of sales of Lots accepted & placed on file.

A statement of the sales of land effected by the
Superintendent

approved by the Committee on Lots, having been sub-
mitted and read by the Secretary, it was

Voted, – that said statement be accepted and placed
on file.
