Trustees. .

Outstanding General Permits cancellation of Subject ref. to Spec. Com. to cons. & report.

Voted, – that the report of the Committee on Lots
be laid upon the table, and that a special committee
consisting of the Committee on Lots and Mr Choate
be appointed, to consider and report what action,
if any, may be necessary or expedient on the part
of the corporation with reference to for the cancellation
of the outstanding general permits to do work in the
Cemetery.

Drainage into Cemetery. Report of progress by Mr Choate.

Mr Choate reported progress with reference to
the subject of drainage into the Cemetery from a
Street West of the Reception House, pursuant to
the request made to him by the chairman of the
Committee on Grounds, to which Committee the Sub-
ject was referred by vote of the Board adopted
. And stated that, in his opinion, a
thorough investigation of the rights and duties of the
parties would involve a considerable expenditure of
time and money. On motion of Mr Choate, it was

Com. on Grounds authorized to incur needful expense to ascertain rights & duties of parties.

Voted, – that the Committee on Grounds be authorized
to incur such an expenditure as may, in their judgment
be requisite to ascertain the rights and duties of the
corporation in the matter.

Mr Choate added to Committee.

At the request of the chairman of the Committee it was

Voted, – that Mr Choate be added to the Committee to
consider the subject of drainage.

No other business being presented, it was

Voted, – that this meeting be dissolved.
