Trustees. .

Messrs. P. O'Brien & Co., that they will not be permitted
to do work in the cemetery after Wednesday, ,
except in strict accordance with the By-Laws of the
corporation.

Permits. Vote concerning adopted [see p. 304]

On motion of Mr J. T. Bradlee it was

Voted, – that the vote adopted at the last meeting
of the Board in reference to the issue of permits be
re considered.

Amended

Voted, – that said vote be amended by striking out
in the second line thereof the word "show," & substitution
therefor the words "file at the office of the corporation";
so that the vote as amended will read as follows; viz:

Voted, – that the Secretary be instructed to
issue necessary permits to any person who shall file
at the office of the corporation, authority in writing
from a proprietor or a representative to perform work
upon his lot under the usual restrictions; such
authority from a proprietor or representative being taken
as the written application required by the By-Laws.

General Permits. Holders of to be notified of action of Board, and the revocation of their permits.

Voted, – that the Secretary be directed to communicate
the action of the Board in relation to permits for
work in the Cemetery to all parties to whom general
permits have been issued, and to notify said parties
that their permits are revoked, said revocation to
take effect on the .
