Treasurer's Quarterly Statements Ref. to Com. on Finance

The Treasurer's report of the Receipts & expenditures
for the quarter ending June 30^t, 1874, also his report of
Amounts due and uncollected for the same quarter,
having been submitted to the Board, it was

Voted, – that the statements of the Treasurer be
referred tot he Committee on Finance.

Monthly schedule [of] Bills referred to President.

The usual monthly file of bills with accompanying
schedule having been submitted to the Board, it was

Voted, – that said bills be referred to the President
for his approval and payment by the Treasurer, if
found correct.

Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lot #4277

The Secretary having stated that the Committee
on Lots had recommended the Trustees to guaranty
the perpetual repair of Lot N^o 4277 Willow Av^e
owned by John J. Rayner for four hundred dollars.
($400.–) it was

Voted, – that the above contract be concurred in
on the part of this Board

Monthly statement of sales of Lots Sec'y. granted more time for preparation of

The Secretary having stated that owing to causes
beyond his control he had been unable to prepare for
presentation to the Board the usual monthly state-
ment of sales of land, it was

Voted, – that the Secretary have leave to incorporate
the sales of the past with ^^{those for} the coming month in one
statement for presentation at the next meeting.
