Board what action, if any, they would recommend
the Trustees to take in the premises.

Bill of B. B. Rand approved

Voted, – that the bill of M^r Benj. B. Rand for
examination at the Registry of Deeds respecting
the drainage rights aforesaid be approved.

Approval of Bills by Pres^t in advance of the action of the Board ratified & app^d

It having appeared on the statement of
the President that the had approved certain bills of
the monthly file for August, which had not been
acted upon by the Board for want of a quorum
at the August meeting, it was

Voted, – that the action of the President in appro-
ving certain of the bills submitted in the August
file, in advance of the action of the Board thereon,
be, and the same is hereby ratified and approved.

Monthly schedule of Bills referred to Pres^t

The usual monthly file of bills with accom-
-panying schedule having been submitted to the
Board, it was

Voted, – that said bills be referred to the President
for his approval, and payment by the Treasurer, if
found correct

Monthly statement of sales of Lots accepted, &c.

A statement of the sales of land effected by
the Superintendent from June 10^t to September 9^t, 1874
so far as approved by the Committee on Lots, having
been submitted and read by the Secretary, it was

Voted, – that said statement be accepted, and
placed on file.
