Trustees.

Comp. statement of sales of lots to be prepared.

Voted, – that the Secretary be instructed to pre-
pare, for presentation at the next meeting of the
Board a statement of the sales of land to , as compared with the corresponding
period of last year.

Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lots Nos. 420 2256 & 2447.

The Secretary having stated that the Committee
on Lots had recommended the Trustees to guaranty the
perpetual repair of Lot No 420, Central Av., belonging
to Daniel B. Widdifield for eight hundred and fifty
dollars, ($850.–); of Lot No 2256, Hawthorn Path,
late of John Corey, deceased, for five hundred and
fifty dollars, ($550.–); and of Lot No 2447, Arethusa
Path
, late of Mrs Relief Sumner, deceased for four
hundred dollars, ($400.–), it was

Voted, – that the above contracts be concurred in
on the part of this Board.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest
representatives were designated for Lots as follows, viz; –

Sophia F. Jones, of Newton, Widow of William Jones,
deceased proprietor of Lot numbered seven hundred & sixty-five.
