The usual monthly file of bills with accom-
panying schedule having been submitted to the
Board, it was
Voted, – that said bills be referred to the President
for his approval and payment by the Treasurer if
found correct.
Monthly statement of sales of land accepted, &c.
A statement of the sales of land effected by
the Superintendent from to date,
having been submitted and read, it was
Voted, – that said statement be accepted and
placed on file.
Upon the petitions of the parties in interest
